Session rules

Please take a moment to read our session rules and etiquette so that our work together can be safe, respectful, and comfortable for both sides.

Etiquette with Aleksejs

Etiquette

We believe that professional relationships should be based on mutual respect, a shared sense of culture, and clear agreements. Please read our wishes and conditions that are designed to keep our collaboration pleasant and effective.

How the session works and cancellations

Kindness and punctuality are an important part of our work together. Please arrive about five minutes before the start of your session so you can settle in and receive the full benefit of the process. If you are late, the duration of the session is shortened in proportion to the delay.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours in advance. If changes are made less than 24 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee is charged. In case of no-show or late cancellation, 100% of the fee is charged; payment details are sent individually. This policy supports client responsibility, our financial stability, and a predictable work schedule.

Health

Massage should be safe, effective, and pleasant, so we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any health issues. We do not recommend using alcohol in general, and especially not before or right after the session. It is also better not to eat a heavy meal shortly before your visit; ideally at least two hours should pass after eating.

Clothing and accessories

It is important to us that you feel relaxed and at ease. Before the massage you can put on disposable underwear provided on site, or stay in your own underwear. All jewelry and watches should be removed, though your wedding ring may stay on. Before the session please switch off sound on your phone and other devices.

No details of your life will be shared with third parties, regardless of whether you know them or not.

Etiquette with Darja

Etiquette

I work with women’s massage, coaching, energy therapy, supportive gatherings, and the self-discovery game Lila. For this work to be meaningful, the space between us needs to be safe, respectful, and honest. I offer presence, attention, and a gentle attitude toward your experience. From the client I expect a willingness for open dialogue with herself and respect for our agreements about time and boundaries.

How sessions work and cancellations

The session starts at the agreed time, so please join or arrive a few minutes early so we can begin without rush. If you are late, the duration of the session is not extended and we work until the originally agreed time, with the full fee applying.

You can cancel or reschedule a session no later than 24 hours in advance. If changes are communicated later or the client does not show up, a fee up to the full amount of the planned session may be charged; payment details are sent in writing.

Safety and wellbeing

My sessions are a process of support and self-exploration, not a medical service. If you have serious mental or physical conditions or take medication that affects your emotional state, please let me know before we start so I can choose the most suitable format. If I see that in your situation medical or psychotherapeutic help is needed first, I will say so honestly. It is not recommended to use alcohol or other mind-altering substances before a session, because they make it harder to feel yourself clearly.

Setting and format

To help you stay present during the session, it is important to feel physically and emotionally comfortable. Choose clothing that does not restrict movement and allows you to feel free. If the session is online, please create a quiet space where no one will disturb you and where you can speak openly. Before the session switch your phone and other devices to silent mode, this time is dedicated to working with yourself.

Confidentiality

In my work I follow professional ethics and respect for human dignity. I do not impose ready-made answers and I do not work through judgment, the process is built on questions, listening, and support. Everything you share during the session is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your clear consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
