About Aleksejs

I am a coach and a certified massage therapist with more than 15 years of experience. In my work I rely on a holistic approach, seeing the body, mind and emotions as one integrated system. Very often physical tension is simply a reflection of inner processes and unresolved states.

My method brings together coaching dialogue, body-based practices and deep energy-clearing work. I also host supportive meetings and themed group formats, creating a vibrant space for insights, sharing experience and inner transformation.

Aleksejs’ services and prices

We strongly recommend booking a 90-minute session. In that time it is possible to do much more. If this is your first visit with us or you are coming after a long break, it is worth planning for 90 minutes.

For school students up to the 10th grade, seniors, and pregnant clients, a one-hour session is usually enough.

How a visit works

1. Short conversation and setting the intention

We start with a brief dialogue to understand how you feel, what is happening right now and what your goal is. This helps choose the best approach and agree on the focus of the work.

2. Chosen service

After the conversation we move to the chosen service. It can be massage, a private consultation or energetic cleansing. The work is adapted to your situation with full confidentiality and professional attitude.

3. Closing and recommendations

At the end of the visit we briefly reflect on how you feel and, if needed, I offer practical recommendations for next steps.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If your main goal is to relax your body and release physical tension, choose massage. If you have a specific question and need clarity about your situation and next steps, a private consultation is a better option. If you feel inner heaviness, accumulated tension and fatigue that are hard to explain, coaching session can help.

How does booking and scheduling work?

You choose the service and fill in the booking form, indicating your preferred day and approximate time. After we receive your request, we contact you personally and agree on the exact time of your visit.

How often is it recommended to come for a massage?

To maintain your wellbeing, a massage once a month is usually enough to prevent tension from building up. When we are working with a specific issue, such as pain or stiffness, you often need an initial course, for example one session per week for 4-6 weeks, and then you can move to a maintenance schedule.
