These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the titov.lv website (the “Website”), as well as the use of the reservation form, the gift card order form, and the blog suggestion form.

In these Terms, “Therapy by Titov”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Aleksejs Titovs and Darja Titova as service providers.

The Website is intended to provide information about the services of Aleksejs Titovs and Darja Titova, including coaching, massage, the self-discovery game “Lila”, supportive and thematic meetings, as well as other related services.

The following forms are available on the Website. • Reservation form to request a service • Gift card order form • Blog suggestion form to propose topics for articles or blog posts

By submitting a form, you ask us to contact you or to process your request in line with the purpose of that specific form.

Submitting a form by itself does not mean that a reservation, gift card order, or other service has been confirmed, or that a contract has been concluded between the parties. Confirmation is provided separately, for example by email, phone call, or text message.

The reservation form allows you to request an appointment for a specific service, for example. • a coaching session with Aleksejs or Darja • a massage with Aleksejs or Darja • thematic and supportive meetings • the self-discovery game “Lila” • other services listed on the Website

In the form we may ask you to provide. • your name and surname • your phone number • your email address • your preferred appointment time or time window • a message or comment regarding your request

You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. If the information you provide is inaccurate or misleading, we may refuse to confirm the reservation or there may be delays in communication.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after we have contacted you individually and provided a specific appointment time or other explicit confirmation.

The gift card order form allows you to purchase a gift card for services provided by Aleksejs Titovs and Darja Titova.

In the form we may ask you to provide. • the buyer’s name and contact details • the recipient’s name (if applicable) • the desired gift card amount or type of service • any other practical information or comments

Submitting a gift card order form is considered an offer to conclude a transaction. The gift card is issued and the transaction becomes effective only after we confirm the order and agree on the payment method.

The blog suggestion form allows you to propose topics, questions, or stories you would like to see covered in our blog.

By submitting a suggestion, you agree that. • your suggested topic may be used, adapted, or combined with other ideas • we are not obliged to publish a blog post or article based on every suggestion we receive • you do not acquire any property or moral rights to any resulting content

You agree not to include offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content in your suggestions, and not to include personal data of third parties without their consent.
